i have the same issue of not able to get into recovery but able to go into fastboot while trying to boot normally just gets stuck at logo phone is able to charge. Showed to a local repair shop who says its a power ic issue searched web where someone mentioned about issue w flash memory (this was for some samsung phone not sure if it applies to mi).
